2. Subscription and Billing

• The Service is available on a subscription basis.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/annually, depending on your selected plan).
• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your designated payment method.
• Prices may be subject to change with notice provided at least 30 days in advance.
• All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

6. Team and Collaboration Features

• If you are a Project Administrator, you are responsible for managing access to your team's content.
• Team Members acknowledge that their contributions may be visible to other authorized Team Members.
• You agree to respect the privacy and rights of other Team Members when using collaboration features.

7. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service with or without cause.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
